Fundraiser Dinner For Rosina & Kay Wallace

Immediately following the news of the tragic fire that destroyed the Wallace Dairy Farm here in Waterbury on April 1st, Chef Stephanie Biczko began planning a fundraiser dinner to benefit Rosina & Kay Wallace and honor what they mean to her and our community.

The menu is a celebration of Vermont dairy, and the meal will be hosted and served by a variety of local celebrities who have stepped up to help out including George Woodard, Ken Squire, Sue Minter, Jack Carter, and more.

Two seatings will be offered at 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm, with a limited number of take out dinners also available.

Seats are LIMITED, so please make your reservations as soon as possible!

Reservations for seats and take out orders must kindly be made and paid for in advance by stopping into or calling the cafe BEFORE April 14th OR BETWEEN April 24th - May 1st, as we will be CLOSED for Spring cleaning and maintenance between April 15th - April 23rd.

(same times available to pick up take out orders)

$50 per person with 100% of all funds (including tips) going directly to Rosina & Kay Wallace 

Local Beer & Wine will also be available for additional purchase for dine-in only

Arugula Salad with Shaved Fennel, Segmented Citrus, Toasted Pecans and Crumbled Blue Cheese with a White Grapefruit Balsamic Dressing served with Warm Rolls & Maple Butter

Homemade Ricotta Gnocchi with Vodka Cream Sauce & Peas

Milk Braised Spiced Chicken

Dessert Trio of Tres Leches Cake, Sea Salted Honey Caramel, and Fresh Fruit with Orange & Honey Creme Fraiche
